How do I pay?
Payment and cancellation terms for each home are shown clearly in the booking system before you confirm.
Where do I collect the keys?
At our info point (address under Contact), open every day 9:00–12:30 and 15:00–18:00, or directly at the home. Arriving outside these hours? Contact us and we'll arrange it.
Is the tourist tax included?
The tourist tax of the town where the home is located is paid separately, according to the current municipal rates.
Can I bring my bike or my pet?
Many homes are bike friendly (see the “Bike friendly” filter). For pets, please ask before booking: it depends on the home.
Is availability up to date?
Yes. Our system is connected in real time with Booking.com, Airbnb and the other portals: when a date is booked elsewhere, it closes here automatically.
