How much does it cost?
We work on commission on actual bookings: the percentage depends on the home and the services included, and we confirm it in writing after the visit.
Can I use my home whenever I want?
Yes. Block your dates and the calendar closes automatically on every portal.
Do I need a CIN?
Yes, the national identification code (CIN) is mandatory for short-term rentals in Italy and must be shown in listings. We help you apply for it and handle the other requirements.
